As Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja gear up for their wedding on May 8, Bollywood stars Janhvi Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Karan Johar, among several others gathered for the mehendi ceremony Sunday evening in Mumbai.
In one of the pictures doing the rounds online, Sonam is seen with mehendi adorning her hands as she happily poses with Kunal Rawal and friends. The Veere Di Wedding star wore a pink-coloured traditional attire for the occasion.

Sonam and Anand confirmed their wedding date last week, putting all rumours and speculations to rest. Sangeet is expected to be held on May 7 and the wedding will be followed by a reception on May 8 in Mumbai. The functions will be held at Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra Bandstand and The Leela hotel.
Sonam’s stylist and fashion designer Pernia Qureshi was the one who got Anand and Sonam together for the first time. Anand reportedly proposed to Sonam within a month of their first meeting. While they dated, neither spoke publicly about being in a relationship. Their Instagram posts, however, spoke volumes about their admiration for each other and pretty much convinced everyone that they are in love.
Sonam plans to head to Cannes soon after her wedding.
